  • Pilot/Aircraft Wait Time: $75 per ground hour per pilot* (Maximum of 8 hours minus flight hours per 24 hour period)
  • $600 per day is added for each day away from base (Telluride)
  • Pilot Expenses: Actual expense (Approximately $50/day & $200 per night per pilot)
  • Cancellation Policy.- 10% 1-15 days prior. 100%  less than 24 hours.
  • Prices may be adjusted for actual aircraft support expense:  hangar, de-ice, landing fees, ramp fees, tiedown fee, baggage handling, etc.
  • Catering: Actual cost (Usually $20-30 per person)
  • An appropriate aircraft may be substituted for maintenance, weather, or scheduling conflict.
  • Additional Fuel Surcharge may be in effect
